Piscataway man accused of fraudulently obtaining citizenship, submitting fake visa applications

This fraud exposes the “global staffing agencies” for the organized crime shops they are. There are 1000s of such agencies operating in the US.

No wonder Americans can’t find jobs.

“A 43-year-old Piscataway man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly submitting 11 fake visa applications for IT workers as well as including false statements to obtain his own citizenship.

Neeraj Sharma, the owner of an information technology staffing company located in the Somerset section of Franklin, has been charged with one count of visa fraud and one count of naturalization fraud, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito. He was scheduled to appear Tuesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer in Newark federal court”.
