DOL must immediately end the use of all H-1B non immigrant guest workers: Virgil

Virgil shows:

  1. All new skilled jobs go to foreign H-1B workers.
  2. The DOL has an obligation to the American citizens to end H-1B.
  3. DOL is deliberately displacing American workers.
  4. Retraining is useless if the jobs are shipped offshore.
  5. Trade Adjustment Assistance applications ship millions of US jobs offshore.
  6. It’s a huge number – a large part of America.
  7. US gov’t has an obligation to hire American citizens.
