3 Indian-origin consultants charged w/H-1B visa fraud

Posted on April 2, 2019

The now daily occurance of more busts for H-1B visa fraud prove that the Indian Mafia infection running rampant in our country is bigger than anyone imagined.

These busts are just the tip of the iceberg.

Nearly every single one of the 1000s of small India Inc “global staffing agencies” are doing fraud in one form or the other: bringing in unskilled workers, then training them, stealing Americans’ resumes, pasting Indians’ names on them and sending them in for the jobs, or illegally “benching” unemployed H-1Bs in corporate guest houses when they are supposed to leave the country when their gig is up.

Keep in mind that over the past 20 years the number of these looters we have let in is in the millions now. As the below screenshot shows, these conmen criminals from the world’s biggest nightmare country have taken over nearly the entire professional hiring sector in the US and now control it almost completely.

And they really hate Americans.

These arrests are a good step, but are a drop in the bucket compared to the scale of the problem.

“Washington: Three Indian-origin consultants have been charged in the US with visa fraud for allegedly submitting sham applications for H-1B visas to gain a competitive advantage over competing firms. A federal grand jury last month indicted Kishore Dattapuram, of Santa Clara, Kumar Aswapathi, of Austin, Texas, and Santosh Giri, of San Jose, on 10 counts of substantive visa fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, the Justice Department said in a statement.

The H-1B visa programme allows foreign workers to obtain temporary authorisation to live and work for employers in the United States”.

Now take a look at the names of the “recruiters” who will contact you if you submit your resume to Monster or Dice:

No wonder Americans can’t find jobs.
