India: Not keeping IBM competitive. IBM stock slips after revenue shortfall

We wonder how long it will be before Ginny realizes that cheap outsourced labor to India is the kiss of death.

Every great American company that has tried this has died eventually.

20 years ago cheap India labor was supposed to be IBM’s savior.

The opposite has happened. IBM is now 71% Indian-run + it’s dying.

Now facing 5 lawsuits from failed projs for over $100 million each, and falling revenue, IBM can’t last forever.

Not keeping America competitive. Doing exactly the opposite in fact.

If you own IBM stock, better sell now. Or short it.

Legendary columnist Bob Cringely saw this coming years ago.
