Most of the India Inc staffing companies out there are in violation of Federal law – namely Title 8, Section 1324b – which makes it illegal to discriminate on the basis of national origin. That section also defines US citizens and permanent residents as “protected individuals”.
All of the India Inc staffing companies are violating the law – especially the big ones such as Wipro, Tata, InfoSys, Cognizant. They all have been caught red-handed hiring only Indians in the US which violates Title 8.
