Bribery is a daily common way of doing business in Asia. Happens every day. In America we’re shocked when it happens, but this is just business as usual in Asia. What’s more, most people in Asia see nothing wrong with it.

And many American managers are bribed daily into hiring cheap foreign labor from India Inc staffing companies.

Goes on all the time. Every day. Even in America.

In this case the attacker was already in the US. The question is: how did he get here? H-1B visa? Student visa? Some other visa?

The US is opening itself up to vast foreign criminal networks by brining in millions of foreign workers a year on work visas.

Not keeping America competitive.

“Elon Musk confirmed in a tweet that an employee at a Tesla factory in Nevada was offered $1 million and an upfront payment of 1 bitcoin to to install ransomware software on Tesla’s computer network.

However, the employee didn’t carry out the plan and instead alerted other Tesla staff who contacted the FBI. The FBI arrested Egor Igorevich Kriuchkov, a 27-year-old Russian man, on August 22 in Los Angeles. Kriuchkov was charged last week and faces up to five years in prison for his role in the scheme if found guilty”.
