Relevant for India?

Just whose gov’t and visa program is this?

Is the H-1B program the property of India?

This is more subversion of US law and soverignty by a foreign power.

We must get all foreign control out of our gov’t now.

Why do businesses have any say in anything. The gov’t is elected by the people, not by businesses.

Maybe we need a Small American Worker Administration in the US gov’t to actually represent the people who elected it.

This is collusion by business to rig labor markets – and is illegal.

“The US Small Business Administration (SBA), which supports entrepreneurs and small businesses in America, has written to the Department of Labor (DOL) to delay the implementation of wage hike rule by 30 days

Immigration attorneys pointed out to Moneycontrol that this would have a huge impact on tech workforce and more so on smaller companies who will not be able to afford the talents with the surge in fees”.

Funny they could “afford the talents” for 30 years before H-1B got into high gear in 1998. Thanks for admitting, MoneyControl that H-1B is all about CHEAP LABOR.

President Donald Trump on Thursday chose Jovita Carranza, the U.S. treasurer, to lead the Small Business Administration, following news that the current administrator is stepping down to head a pro-Trump super PAC.

“I am pleased to announce that Jovita Carranza will be nominated as the new @SBAgov Administrator,” Trump wrote Thursday night on Twitter. “She will be replacing Linda McMahon, who has done an outstanding job. Jovita was a great Treasurer of the United States — and I look forward to her joining my Cabinet!”

Administrator Carranza earned her MBA from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and received executive, governance, management, and financial training at the INSEAD Business School in Paris, France; Michigan State University; and the University of Chicago.
