H-1B is outdated and should be abolished. We need to put Americans back to work.
How is it outdated?
It’s already been proven a failure and should be abolished. 23 years of mass importation of H-1bs has wrecked the US economy, causes mass homelessness, and generally destroyed America.
It‘s not outdated – it never should have been allowed to begin with.
It’s allowing foreign industrial spies into our country to steal our industries and move them to other countries.
We need to end it now or America will get even worse.
Let these thieves go to Canada or elsewhere. We don’t need them and don’t want them here.
America doesn’t need proven failures any longer.
Of course the article is from a foreign Indian source.
What ‘Experts’? Chamber of Commerce labor market riggers? NASSCOM honchos? India Incs which need more H-1bs to shove more job robbers into America?
NFAP is run by Stuart Anderson – a former immigration lawyer and H-1B shill over at Forbes. Looks like NASSCOM PR agencies are ramping up their spending with Forbes-linked PR firms to pump these lies.
The “backlog” is fake – they are all Y2K visa overstayers who were supposed to leave in 2003 when Y2K ended.
H-1Bs are in fact destroying America.
Is Anderson taking $ from India Incs also?
“FREMONT, CA: Due to the outdated H-1B visa policy in the United States, highly sought-after Indian talent is fleeing to other countries, according to immigration and policy experts in the United States, who have demanded Congress to act quickly to prevent this.
The experts also claim that the outdated H-1B visa rules have forced the Indian talent to flock to Canada in significant numbers. However, according to experts on Tuesday, it’s primarily due to the per-country quota on giving employment-based green cards or permanent residency.
Without Congressional action, the overall backlog for Indians in all three employment-based categories will grow from 9,15,497 people now to 21,95,795 people by fiscal 2030, according to Researchers.
According to the National Foundation of American Policy review of US government statistics, the number of overseas students from India enrolled in graduate-level computer science and engineering at US colleges decreased by more than 25 percent between the 2016-17 and 2018-19 academic years (NFAP)”.
This is what 23 years of mass H-1B has created for America.
Foreign workers can work, but Americans can’t.
