Greg Abbott’s border crackdown violates Constitution, RICO judge says

No it doesn’t. The US gov’t isn’t enforcing Federal immigration laws.

Any powers not reserved to the Federal governement are reserved to the states – or to the people.

That is what the Constitution says.

If the Federal gov’t won’t enforce the law, then the states have every right to do it themselves.
