Barbara Ross of NC is clearly and unequivically breaking the law.
She’s also an accomplice in Brining in and Harboring Aliens – which is a Federal crime.
She’s also in violation of Title 8 – namely Section 1182, Subsection (5).
It is always illegal to bring in foreign workers – skilled or unskilled – if Americans are out of work or will become displaced.
Consider the following facts:
- None of the parents of these kids were supposed to stay here for 2 decades. They were originally brought in as temporary Y2K visa workers who agreed to leave in 2003 when Y2K ended.
- Millions of them illegally filled for green cards after they entered the US on temporary work visas – also a Federal crime.
- They didn’t leave after the 3-6 years they were supposed to – which would have also meant any kids they had while here would have grown up in their home countries – mostly in India – which is exactly how the H-1b visa program was originally supposed to work.
- It is illegal to enter the US on a temporary or student visa with intent to immigrate – which is what most of them did.
- Millions of skilled American workers have been shoved out of the workforce by these inadmissible aliens who now illegally occupy and control Silicon Valley, which was stolen from American workers via visa fraud and immigration crime.
- All of the above also makes Barbara Ross a criminal since she is aiding and abetting criminals.
We have a lawless, criminal government folks.
Immigrants have nothing to do with defense and trying to sneak more illegal green cards in on a defense bill is a crime against American citizens Ross is supposed to represent.
Is Ross working for foreign powers?
We need a full investigation now.
Call your congresspeople and demand an end to all foreign work visa and student visa programs now.
