It’s totally illegal for foreign nationals to work in the US on a B visa. B-1 visas can only legally be used for business meetings, conferences, and other non-work settings. If you work in the US on an B visa, then you’re doing visa fraud.
Just goes to show how corrupt and criminal AILA immigration lawyer shops are – they will even collude to do criminal visa fraud to keep their clients – and their money – flowing.
Call the FBi/DOJ now and demand these criminals be arrested and tried.
