Training foreign workers is a violation of Title 8. They are not allowed to enter the US on skilled work visas if they don’t already posess the skilled claimed. Training them and having them displace Americans is illegal.

Under US law entering the US on a temporary work or student visa with intent to immigrate is a Federal crime. But millions of them do anyway. And apparently you want to enable them.
