Conservatives Celebrate Death of Big Tech Immigration Bill

Posted on December 17, 2022

America doesn’t tolerate race-based bills.

Kudos to Jim Banks for saying it like it is.

It’s illegal under US law for any inadmissible alien to enter the US on a temporary visa and then file for a green card, but millions of them have done just that and now occupy a stolen Silicon Valley.

The EAGLE Act was a racist bill pushed by all-Indian immigrationvoice.org because they know they are already breaking the law.

Title 8 says all US jobs belong to Americans first.

“The EAGLE Act ignores the humanitarian crisis at our border and puts Big Tech ahead of American workers, even while U.S. citizens are still working less than before the lockdowns,” Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., told The Daily Signal in a Thursday statement.

The bill, which seeks to clear up the backlog of green card applications, has been met with opposition. Per Fox News, U.S. tech companies have brought in large numbers of Chinese and Indian nationals on temporary visas. Nationals from these two countries face the most backlogs. Amazon, Intel, and Microsoft released statements supporting the bill”.

…

They face the most backlogs because they dominate the illegal and racist H-1B program, and because those 2 countries are the most criminal nations in Asia.

They all did visa fraud when they filed for green cards.

There is no backlog. The system, and our laws were never designed to be overwhelmed or handles millions of illegal invaders.
