There is no backlog.

Same for international students.
But millions of these jobs thieves have done just that.
They created the backlog because the system was never intended to handle millions of Y2K visa overstayers from India and China who stole and now occupy Silicon Valley.
These people entered the US on false pretenses – for Y2K – and they were supposed to leave in 2003 when it ended.
They never did leave as agreed and now millions of them want to stay in the US forever.
Illegally.
