They’re not “stuck” in anything.
They all illegally filed for green cards after entering the US on temporary visas – which is a crime under US law.
Millions of them did.
They were supposed to be temporary workers for Y2K and then go home when it ended in 2003.
They still occupy and control Silicon Valley illegally.
There is no ‘backlog’ – except for the one they themselves created.
Under Title 8 none of these people are allowed to even enter the US for work, much less steal and occupy entire industries.
Call your Congresspeople now and demand an end to all foreign work via programs.
